Continue your RecMin training with Prof. Isidro Diego Álvarez in this advanced 4-h online course, building directly on the 2025 introductory RecMin course. Working with real datasets, you’ll move from sample curation and composites into 3D geostatistics, interpolation of a fine block model (nearest neighbour, IDW and kriging), resource classification and reblocking. The course then covers surface triangulation, projection tools and Google Earth visualisation, before closing with mine design.
You’ll work with real datasets to move from sample curation and composites into 3D geostatistics, interpolation of a fine block model (nearest neighbour, IDW and kriging), resource classification and reblocking — then on to surface triangulation, Google Earth visualisation, and full mine design including open pits, dump sites and underground workings.
New to RecMin? This course continues directly from the first RecMin course (2025) — sign up for the self-paced version if you missed it, and get 20% off both when you purchase them together.
